Questions we hear a lot
How long does grooming take?
From 1 to 3 hours, depending on size, breed and coat condition. We’ll give you the exact time when you book.
Are vaccinations required?
Yes. Your pet must be vaccinated against rabies and the core infections at least 14 days before the visit.
My pet gets nervous. What should I do?
We never use sedatives. We take breaks, work calmly and, if needed, split the grooming into several short visits.
Can I stay during the groom?
Most pets are calmer without their owner nearby, but for a first visit or with puppies you can stay — just let us know when booking.
How do I prepare for the first visit?
Walk your dog before the visit and avoid a big meal 2–3 hours before grooming.
How often is grooming needed?
Usually every 4–8 weeks. Long-haired breeds and cats with an undercoat need extra brushing between visits.
